QCL acted on the initial site disposal for close to NZ$100 million. Subsequently, the firm represented the developer with all property law issues for some 600 new houses, including planning and subdivision matters, funding arrangements including satisfying bank solicitor certificate requirements, shareholder arrangements, liaison with adjacent land owners and stakeholders, and many associated issues.
