20 Scott Road is a 5-hectare subdivision perched on an elevated waterfront site within Hobsonville Point (a coastal suburb in West Auckland). The project included a waterfront subdivision of 75 lots ranging from 136 to 1165 sqm, which presented a distinctive opportunity for homeowners - a coastal escape where they can realise their dream of building a new home on a waterfront site.

The land subdivision was finalised in 2021, and housing construction is now nearing completion. QCL acted on the behalf of the developer, Bei Group, on the acquisition of the site, financing arrangements for the developer, on-sales of land and housing packages, and all associated attendances.
