QCL’s senior associate Raymond Huo is packing his bags and heading off to Wellington after getting into Parliament as a Labour Party List MP on Saturday the 8th of November 2008.
Raymond is Labour’s first Chinese MP and is Labour’s spokesperson for Statistics, Assoc Ethnic Affairs and Law Commission.
Raymond will be much missed at QCL. Raymond is one of life’s true gentlemen and all of the staff will miss having him in our midst. We wish Raymond well with his budding political career and assume he will follow Hon. Tim Groser’s lead and breath through his nose for a while. In the current bi-partisan environment it may be that our Minister of Trade can utilise Raymond’s unique skills and put them into practical application.
Anyway,Raymond has filed his last time-sheet it would seem !
It seems we are in good hands !
