The New Zealand Association for Migration and Investment (NZAMI) have invited Bradley and Lauren to present on the Entrepreneur Work Visa & Entrepreneur Resident Visa categories on 23 October 2015.
The presentation focused on the practical issues and considerations when applying for the Entrepreneur Work Visa and Entrepreneur Resident Visa. The seminar was sold out and was attended by a vast number of immigration companies, all of whom valued the insights and case studies that Queen City Law’s presentation delivered.
The presentation highlighted the following key points:
1) Immigration New Zealand’s forensic accounting approach to lawful earnings and ownership. Proof of the seed capital is essential;
2) Feasibility of the business plan at the entrepreneur work visa stage;
3) The importance of consistency with the business plan and what to do if you cannot do this;
4) The removal of the working capital definitions.
