Si & Nic – Deportation avoided

Dear Marcus,

I would like to thank you dearly for the outcomes that yourself and the team at QCL have achieved for myself and partner Nicola.

We have had a number of dealings with you now and always have felt absolutely confident that we were in good hands. At all stages communication was superb and the level of professionalism and integrity extremely high.

As you know we first sought your help to get me out of the S *it with Immigration New Zealand. Having been here with illegal immigration status for a period of approx 5 years, I was absolutely fearful of being deported prior to our initial meeting.

You made some phone calls and called on your wealth of skills and knowledge to get me a meeting with immigration and following on’ from there a section 35a permit. I have now been normalised and with your continued support will hopefully achieve permanent residency soon. There is no way at all that I would be here still without your help.

I realize that such a long period of illegal status would usually mean no chance of normalisation; I am not sure how you managed to pull this one off mate. I am so grateful to you for agreeing to help initially. You have achieved what I thought was UN-achievable. This is a good place to mention Angela, who has to be one of the best PA’s around, always a pleasure to deal with and always in control of the case, an asset to your firm.

Having also used QCL for property sales and purchases, and also due diligence processes on property, and trust issues, we can vouch for the high level of personal attention and professionalism across all aspects of the business. Note JJ and Sandra deserve special mention here, again are real assets to your firm.

Your recent award for ‘Boutique Law Firm of The Year’ was well deserved and definitely reflects the level of superior service you offer. We look forward to our continued dealings with you.

THANKS
Si and Nic
